Group Exercise Classes at SWAT
SWAT Fitness Center offers a wide variety of Group Exercise Classes to suit all your fitness needs. In addition to Les Mills classes, SWAT also offers Yoga, Pilates, and SilverSneakers classes. In order to achieve the benefits of cross-training, we encourage participation in a wide variety of classes while exercising at a comfortable, yet challenging level.
Remember: Warm up and cool down are vital for achieving the full benefit of your workout.
At SWAT Fitness Club we want to provide our members the most opportunities to exercise as possible. We commit to being open during all posted business hours. However, sometimes inclement weather stands in the way of safety for both our members and staff. When these situations arise the gym will be open, however, there will be no group fitness classes. How do you know when classes will be held or not? This will be determined by Western Michigan University as they are always the last ones to close their doors. IF WMU IS CLOSED, THERE WILL BE NO FITNESS CLASSES FOR THAT DAY. Thank you for your understanding.
The following classes are included in membership at SWAT.
