Wellness Announces the Next Session of
“Healthy Bodies for Life”
Health & Wellness will once again offer
the Healthy Bodies for Life (HBFL)
program. This session, HBFL will be
using the “Biggest Loser Calorie
Counter” tool.
The program meets every week for 12
weeks – the first 6 weeks will be level
1, the second 6 weeks will be level 2.
All previous HBFL participants that
repeat the program can do so for half
the price. Sessions will begin next
week.

Also, Health & Wellness would like to
know if you are interested in the HBFL
team providing a beginning exercise
class on site. Fit in 30 is a 30-minute
class designed to get you moving, get
your heart rate up, build and tone
muscles, strengthen your core and get
you on your way to better health. The
class format will be geared toward
“beginners” and will run for six weeks.
