and SWAT have teamed up to bring State
Farm employees two options to help you
kick off 2008 in a healthy way. Take
advantage of Fit Over Lunch to get in a
quick workout during your workday.
Healthy Bodies For Life will give you
the education and accountability you
need with nutrition and exercise. See

FIT OVER LUNCH
The new year is here! What are you doing
to get in shape. State Farm has teamed
up with SWAT Fitness Club to bring you a
new fitness program. Fit Over Lunch is a
30 minute class designed to get you
moving, get your heart rate up, build
and tone muscles, strengthen your core
and get you on your way to better
health. The class will run in 2 - 6 week
sessions, with the first 6 week session
starting January 17th and the second 6
week session starting February 28th.
Classes will be held in room 107, on
Thursday at 11:30a or 12:15p; you choose
the time that works best for your
schedule. The cost of each 6 week
session is $30, register for just one
session or both; payment is due the
first day of class. Classes will be
taught by a Certified Personal Trainer
of SWAT Fitness Club. Come dressed to
exercise. Tools required to bring to
class will be a latex free band/tube. If
you would like, you can purchase this
your first day of class from your
instructor. The class is limited to the
first 12 registrants. Get your

for lunch-time fitness!

HEALTHY BODIES FOR LIFE
Make your resolution a reality! If you
are resolving this year live healthier,
come learn the "How To". State Farm has
teamed up with SWAT Fitness Club to help
you learn how to achieve your weight
loss goals through a system of
awareness, education and accountability.
In this 12 week program you will spend
30-45 minutes with a Certified Personal
Trainer and Registered Dietitian. They
will focus on weight and measurements,
your prior goals and achievements,
fitness tips and resources, dietary
needs, meal planning and portion
control; and provide open discussions on
on current diets and trends. The program
begins January 23rd and will be held on
Wednesdays offered at 11:30a or 12:30p
in room 109 - choose a time that works
best for you. The registration fee is
$10 which covers your materials
including The Biggest Loser Complete
Calorie Counter booklet. Each session is
$7 ($28/month). SWAT can bill the
monthly charge to your credit/checking
account or you can pay a one-time up
front charge of $94 for the full 12
weeks. Registration is limited, please
pre-register; then payment would be
taken at the first class January 23rd.

HEALTHY BODIES FOR LIFE FORUM
There will be a Healthy Bodies For Life
open forum on January 16th in room 109
at Noon the week before the program
officially starts. Come meet the
Dietitian and Trainer, hear a testimony
of success, and ask questions. All are
invited to attend the forum free of
charge. SWAT will also be in attendance
at State Farm's Health Expo on January
10th from 11-2 and can also answer your
questions at that time.
