Group Exercise Classes

S.W.A.T. fitness center offers a wide variety of Group Exercise Classes. The following classes are all included with memberships at S.W.A.T. In order to achieve the benefits of cross-training, we encourage participation in a wide variety of classes while exercising at a comfortable, yet challenging level.
Remember...warm up and cool down are vital for achieving the full benefit of your workout.
